Know, Sow, Grow!

Along with another incredible friend I had the honour of ministering to a beautiful women yesterday who was so marred by the negative words of someone. As we were ministering, I saw a picture of a heart full of holes. This heart was pierced and bleeding but the heart suddenly looked liked it was soil. And I saw that as we were speaking life into her it was uprooting the weeds or the negative words that were trying to take root in her heart. But when we uprooted the weeds the soil was left bare and I realised that as we continued to minster to her not just from a place of making her feel better, but instead, we were actually sowing the seeds of the Fathers love into those gapping holes and new roots began to form. She was different from the time we had started talking to the time we had finished and this morning she was even more refreshed and confident than ever. The love of God began taking root into that area. The Holy Spirit began watering her with his kindness and counsel. Where the enemy tried to bring death, there was now even more life. Can I encourage you to sow words that project the fathers love when someone presents their wounded and holey heart to you, or even in general because you dont know what anothers heart condition is. For those who have a heart that has been pierced and there lies a void to be filled, may I suggest that you are ripe and ready for an encounter with true love…The love of Jesus. He wants you to know what He thinks of you and wants you to know that you were worth His life. You see, TO SOW LOVE we must KNOW LOVE and GOD. IS. LOVE!
Much love and celebration, Chix. #beencouraged #love #KNOW #SOW #GROW #chix #blog #yearofencounter

  1. Just came across your blog, a great post.

“Can I encourage you to sow words that project the fathers love when someone presents their wounded and holey heart to you, or even in general because you dont know what anothers heart condition is.” – Awesome call to action here as well
